Once upon a time there was a chick named Julia. She was outgoing, crazy and for the most part, she was pretty motivated and had a lots of good times. She already had her handsome Prince Charming though, so this is not what that story is about. This story is about the tragedy that befell her mid-semester in an enchanted winter wonderland where happiness rarely reigned free.
One day, as Julia was off on her usual errand of trying to conquer the snow and ice before it conquered her, she lost. And although she grasped desperately at the air, trying to clutch something to anchor her, she hit the treacherous ground. Hard. The ground, happy at having already taken her dignity from her, also took something that Julia relied on daily-her motivation.
From this day forward, Julia has been without motivation to do anything productive-be it homework, classes, cooking, cleaning, even going out. Although she hoped this was a temporary thing at first, she hoped in vain. For to this day she still sits on her couch avoiding any site of productivity, taking solace in dark chocolate velvet ice cream and shows like The Nanny, which feature people who accomplish things in life rather then staying fshmeckled forever, as she seems destined to do.
I am hoping that this is only the MIDDLE of the story as opposed to the end. Because while Julia and her Prince do live pretty happily still, it is nothing compared to how happily they COULD live if Julia got her motivation back. So here's hoping.
